Saltwater School Co‑ordinator –  Sydney Harbour Outdoor Education | Full-Time | Sydney, NSWYour education experience belongs outside the classroom.Have you spent time in schools — as a before/after school care coordinator, teaching assistant, or school administrator — and found yourself dreaming of a role where the office has a harbour view and the meeting rooms smell like salt air? You'll work closely with educators and casual activity staff to help design experiences that are purposeful and curriculum-connected — supporting real learning outcomes in the natural environment. You'll Thrive Here If You Have:A background in OSH/OOSH care, school administration, education support, or as a teaching or learning assistantStrong organisational skills and a natural ability to juggle competing prioritiesConfidence communicating with teachers, principals, and group leadersA genuine love of the outdoors and enthusiasm for connecting young people with natureAn understanding of how schools plan and book excursions and programs (from the inside!)A teaching qualification is not required — your transferable skills and education sector experience are what matter most here. Why You'll Love ItWork right on Sydney Harbour — sea views, salt air, and nothing like a regular officeBe part of a small, close-knit team where your contribution genuinely countsHelp deliver school holiday programs, curriculum-aligned fieldwork, and outdoor education experiences that make a real differenceEnjoy the support and stability of NSW's largest outdoor education organisationLunch breaks on the beach.
