Owned by the QLD Master Franchisee and located in the heart of Ashgrove, this role offers the right candidate the opportunity to combine their passion for educating our youth with their leadership, sales, and management skills. Working alongside our centre Manager, you will be managing a team of around 25 highly engaged tutors and interacting daily with motivated students and their parents.Key Responsibilities:Using our systems and following our proven methods to:Handle enquiries from new families and conduct initial assessmentsCreate and maintain Maths and English learning plans to address students' needsTeaching alongside our tutorsReport to parents on student progressRecruit, train, and roster the tutoring staffPerform daily administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of the centreSkills and experienceTeaching, Customer Service, and Sales experience are valued highly.
