We bring this innovative system to the Macquarie Park community to provide a welcoming, results-driven environment where young learners thrive.Job Description:We are looking for a proactive and organized Part-Time Administrator to support our team at I Can Read Macquarie Park. As the center’s administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, from managing scheduling and bookings to handling inquiries from parents. You will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and efficient environment for our students, teachers, and families.Responsibilities:Greet parents, students, and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.Manage class scheduling and maintain accurate attendance records.Handle phone and email inquiries professionally, providing information on programs, class schedules, and fees.Process registrations, payments, and maintain updated records of student accounts.Support teachers by preparing classroom materials and assisting with organizational tasks as needed.Ensure the center is clean, well-organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.Assist with center events, such as open houses and parent meetings, as required.Working Time:Weekdays (During School Terms): 9 am to 6:30 pmWeekends: 9:00 am to 6:30 pmSchool Holidays (Weekdays Only): 9:30 am to 4:30 pmPlease note that flexibility to work on weekends and during school holidays is required.Requirements:Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach.Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.A positive attitude and genuine interest in supporting children’s education.Benefits:Competitive hourly rate.Training and support in the I Can Read system.Friendly and supportive team environment.Opportunity to contribute to children’s literacy development.To Apply:Please send your resume and a brief cover letter explaining your administrative experience and interest in joining I Can Read Macquarie Park.
