Scotts Head Public School is located in a small coastal village on the Mid-North Coast of NSW.
The natural environment is an important aspect of our school. Environmental education is integrated into the regular curriculum to encourage students to take care of themselves, their school, local/global community.
Our connection with the local community allows a number of extra-curricular activities to succeed, benefiting both parties. The value placed on volunteer involvement encourages parents, students and community members to contribute to the unique culture of our school.
We are one of four schools in NSW offering our students the Bilingual Program. This program delivers the regular curriculum for 90 minutes a day in Bahasa Indonesia and creates links with our Asian neighbours.
