Roma Mitchell Secondary College operates a four-campus site, consisting of Special Campus (Yrs. 7-12), Middle School Coeducational Campus (Yrs. 7-9), Senior School Coeducational Campus (Yrs. 10-12) and a Girls Campus (Yrs. 7-12). The school implements the Berry Street Education Model across the site and focusses on strong community relationships at all levels within the school. Leaders, teachers, SSOs, relievers and all staff and volunteers onsite work cooperatively to support successful outcomes across all learning areas, where high expectations on staff performance and behaviours supports the community as a whole in maintaining safe learning environments for all students.
