Passfield Park School caters for students with moderate or severe intellectual disabilities, from Kindergarten to Year 12.
Many of the sixty nine students may also have autism, sensory and/or physical disabilities. It is a school where learning is at the heart of our multicultural community.
The students enjoy a rich learning environment, following the K-6 curriculum, and Life Skills across all subjects for Years 7-12, with adjustments made across the school to ensure that all students are engaged in their learning. Each student has their individual learning goals addressed with a plan made through collaboration between school staff, families, therapists and other personnel as required.
We, as a community, have high expectations for each and every student, and believe that we develop each student to achieve their best, in order to lead fulfilling, productive and contented lives once they leave school. Our school vision is 'Together, we learn, participate and strive to achieve our best.' To meet this vision, Passfield Park School has embedded technology across the whole school, with all students benefitting from digital learning in all areas.
