Guildford West utilises the principles of Positive Behaviour for Learning to ensure all members of our school community are safe, respectful, responsible and active learners. We address individual student needs and specific group needs through the collaborative development of Learning and Teaching Programs, school organisational structures and our school's Learning and Support Team.

We have a multicategorical support unit at our school, utilising this opportunity to promote inclusive education fostering a harmonious community. Our school employs an Occupational Therapist and Speech Pathologist to cater for the individual needs of our students.
