I completed my first casual teaching year throughout my last year of study working 3-5 days a week within many local schools. The list of schools taught at in 2023 is available with in summary report in attached documents.

Developed many skills while working at APS, this included problem solving, developing strong professional relations with staff and students and support students in every way possible. This opportunity has developed my professionalism, understanding and skills as an educator.

Shift Supervisor and Lead Educator. Collaborated with adults and children to provide safe and educational experience. Developed meaningful relationships with many students including students on the autism spectrum and supporting additional needs. Striving for each child to feel safe and a sense of belonging in our care. I complete work here throughout school holidays.

Post high school work experience before commencing my degree. • Kept track of student progress for teachers and parents and made notes on behavior, grades, comprehension and personal growth. • Monitored and reported student progress and development, offering mentoring as needed. • Worked with teachers to design lesson plans and coordinate activities for classes. • Supported students within the classroom with individual interventions and reading groups.
