Job Summary

Lambton Public School, in the Newcastle SEA, is seeking a teacher with appropriate skills and knowledge in teaching primary (K-6) HSIE to support the implementation of our RFF Program until the end of Term 3. The right applicant will be available for an immediate start and will be responsible for implementing a four-day timetable. Some flexibility in the timetable is a possibility, however, it is currently timetabled Monday-Thursday.

The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate the following skills, knowledge and experience: 

• Adaption of stage-based teaching and learning programs, assessment and reporting outcomes for the HSIE syllabuses
• Effective classroom management strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
